Suzanne Seini is a distinguished real estate leader whose career spans innovation, brokerage growth, agent training, and operational execution. She has personally closed more than 300 transactions and overseen thousands more across teams, agents, and brokerages throughout California and beyond.

Today, Suzanne owns Innovate Realty — a brokerage of nearly 200 agents across Southern California, now expanding into the Los Angeles area (Westlake Village and Calabasas) and Ventura County — and Honest Escrow, the escrow company she also owns. She hosts the Realty Talk podcast and founded Mentoracle.

Earlier in her career, she trained thousands of agents at Zillow Group and co-owned Active Realty, which RealTrends and Tom Ferry ranked the #1 Mega Team in California and #3 nationwide in 2021.

Ashley Ogden is a revenue growth strategist, real estate operator, and former Zillow leader with more than a decade of experience building and scaling some of the industry's most impactful growth initiatives.

During her 10 years at Zillow she managed the company's largest revenue portfolio and served as a growth and conversion subject-matter expert — helping build and scale Premier Broker programs, Zillow Academy, and national training frameworks, and working inside Zillow's revenue innovation labs alongside executive leadership.

She is best known for conversion methodologies that drove lead-to-client rates above 20%, far exceeding industry averages. A subject-matter expert for the National Association of Realtors, she now helps brokerages and entrepreneurs create demand, increase adoption, improve retention, and build scalable growth engines. At Mentoracle she also co-hosts the live Objection Olympics sessions with Suzanne, coaching agents through the SOLD Framework.
